Lumut Water Front is located on the banks of the Sungai Dinding estuary and adjacent to the “Lumut Yacht Club”. This park area has interesting panorama due to its position towards the mouth of Sungai Dinding and Sungai Sitiawan.

The concept of coastal public park development in Bandar Lumut is inspired by the movement of marine life. This public park seems to tell about the marine life that is constantly moving from one place to another and it is adapted to the movement of park visitors with various leisure and recreational activities provided. The design has a continuity with the sea that will be a major attraction to visitors and integrate development in the surrounding area with its natural factors.

This public park also applies scientific elements in which it educates visitors to recognize and appreciate the beauty of nature and its surroundings. The landscape concept illustrates that the park is very suitable for leisure activities. This public park construction project is fully funded by the National Landscape Department, Ministry of Housing and Local Government where the Manjung Municipal Council acts as the implementing agency.
